Job Description
Brandghar is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who can ideate, plan, and execute engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand digital trends, storytelling, and performance-driven content that converts audiences into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content ideas for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Write scripts, captions, and hooks for reels, ads, and campaigns
- Stay updated with latest trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing team to produce high-quality content
- Participate in video shoots, voiceovers, and content production
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with client and brand goals
- Create ad-focused content that supports Meta & TikTok campaigns
- Research competitors and generate unique content strategies
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and storytelling
- Good communication and scriptwriting skills (English + Nepali)
- Creative mindset with ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Familiarity with short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
- Basic understanding of branding and audience targeting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in content creation or digital marketing agency
- On-camera confidence for video content (optional but preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads content strategy
- Experience with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
