Job Description

Join our fast growing company as a Social Media Analyst with English C1 language skills.

It is a remote full time position.

Start date: ASAP

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM - 5:30PM EST

Compensation – 400 USD/month during probation period(2 month) , 400USD + 50 USD Bonus after probation .
Training will be provided by the company and the client;
Management's attention, support and motivation.

Your responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth Internet investigations
Administer identity resolution processes to ensure the accuracy of the content
Analysis of online content for any red-flag behaviors
Compile quick and concise client reports
Self-monitoring of required performance metrics
Regular communication with product managers and team members to ensure high-

quality products and client satisfaction

Profile Confirmation (PC), Post Rate (PR), and Web Content (WC)

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

English at the C1/C2 level;
Analytic investigation skills
Organized and dedicated
Previous Social Media experience
Smart and critical thinker;
Tech savvy
Previous Customer Support experience
Ability to remain focused while working remotely.
