Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Development: Develop and build the complete website infrastructure for the AI trading platform
• Frontend Engineering: Create responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and React
• Feature Implementation: Execute features and functionality based on comprehensive technical scope documentation and specifications
• Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance and UX for diverse international markets to ensure a seamless global experience
• Scaling Support: Support the scaling of technical infrastructure as the platform grows its international user base
• Modern Workflow: Utilize modern development practices, including AI-assisted coding methodologies, to maintain high-quality code
• Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing optimization and feature enhancements following the initial platform launch
• Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure the platform aligns with evolving business requirements

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React development
• Modern Development: Solid experience with modern web development practices and familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate detailed scope documents and technical specifications into functional code
• UX/UI Principles: Deep understanding of responsive design principles and user experience optimization
• Platform Experience: Proven track record of building websites for complex business applications or digital platforms
• Industry Context (Bonus): Previous experience with fintech, trading, or financial services platforms is highly regarded
• Startup Mindset: Comfort with fast-paced development cycles, rapid iteration, and a "management by objectives" approach

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
