About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Frontend Engineer who specializes in Next.js and has hands-on experience building Agentic AI-driven products. This is a high-ownership role where you will drive frontend architecture, make fast decisions, and build scalable, production-grade applications.
You should be someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and delivers without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead frontend development using Next.js (App Router, SSR, ISR, RSC)
• Design and implement scalable UI architecture
• Build AI-powered user interfaces (chat interfaces, copilots, assistants, workflows)
• Integrate with LLMs, APIs, and backend services
• Own end-to-end frontend delivery — from design to deployment
• Collaborate with backend, product, and AI teams
• Optimize performance, SEO, and user experience
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Frontend
• 8+ years in frontend development
• Strong expertise in:
• Next.js (latest versions)
• React.js (hooks, context, server components)
• TypeScript (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of:
• SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR
• Web performance optimization
• Component-driven architecture
Agentic AI / AI Integration
• Experience building AI-driven or LLM-based products
• Familiarity with:
• OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic APIs
• Prompt engineering basics
• AI workflows (agents, chains, tools)
• Experience building:
• Chat interfaces
• AI copilots
• Autonomous workflows (agent-based UI)
System & Product Thinking
• Ability to take ownership of features/modules
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision
Good to Have
• Experience with:
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / similar frameworks
• WebSockets / real-time UI
• Tailwind CSS / modern UI libraries
• Micro-frontend architecture
• Exposure to backend (Node.js / Python)
• Experience deploying on Vercel / AWS
