Job Description
This role will focus on building, maintaining, and improving campaign dashboards used across the business. You will work closely with the Paid Media and Account Management teams to ensure accurate, clear, and insightful reporting for all clients.
You will also play a key role in supporting the transition to our inhouse dashboard platform, helping shape how reporting is delivered across the team.
Job Description
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards across multiple clients
- Ensure dashboard accuracy and consistency across all reporting
- Support Digital and Accounts management teams with reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot dashboard issues and resolve data discrepancies
- Work with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and others
- Maintain clear documentation of dashboard structures and updates
- Support the transition from current dashboard tools to inhouse solutions
- Continuously improve dashboard usability and clarity for stakeholders
- A collaborative team player who handles feedback and criticism constructively
- Effective time management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS knowledge is a bonus
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in dashboards, reporting, or data analysis
- Experience with dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Tapclicks or similar)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
- Good problem solving skills with a data focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal English communication
