Job Description

MeroManche, a DNY Tech Solution's product, is a healthcare-tech platform built for the Nepali diaspora to care for family members back home. We coordinate home healthcare visits including doctor consultations, nursing care, physiotherapy, and diagnostic lab services across the Kathmandu Valley.

We are a small, fast-moving team with deep roots in the Nepali community. This role is one of the most important in our operation: you are the person who makes sure every service request is handled, every ticket is assigned, and every family gets the care they need on time.

What You Will Do

• Monitor incoming service requests in the MeroManche app throughout the day and assign them to the right field staff or lab partner promptly
• Coordinate lab ticket pickups, sample collection, and timely delivery of test results to customers and their overseas family members
• Communicate service status updates to customers in both Nepali and English, clearly and with care
• Follow up with healthcare providers, nurses, and lab partners to ensure on-time completion
• Maintain daily dispatch logs and track all open tickets to closure
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to leadership immediately and document outcomes
• Provide feedback to the product team on operational bottlenecks observed on the ground

Who We Are Looking For

• Must be based in Kathmandu Valley (required)
• Must have own mode of transportation (motorcycle or equivalent)
• 3 or more years of experience in operations, coordination, customer service, or a related role
• Fluent in both Nepali and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and digital tools for daily coordination
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open tickets simultaneously
• Proactive and self-motivated; you follow up without being told
• Background in healthcare, a lab, clinic, or health-tech company is a plus but not required
