About the Role
We are building a vertically integrated, elite-level system designed to produce high-quality personal injury demand packages at scale. This is a process-first initiative where human mastery leads the way. You will be joining the foundational team responsible for setting the gold standard in demand writing. Ultimately, the meticulous work produced by this core team will serve as the training foundation for our proprietary, industry-leading internal software.
We are currently hiring for six pivotal roles within our Demand Writing Team across three distinct tracks:
Legal Analysis, Medical Analysis, and Writing/Editing.
The Non-Negotiable Requirement: Elite Level English
This role requires the highest calibre of written and spoken English. Your ability to communicate complex legal and medical narratives with absolute clarity, precision, and persuasive flow is paramount. If your English proficiency is not at a native or elite bilingual level, please do not apply.
Track 1: Legal Analyst (Liability & Arguement Development)
Positions Available: 2
The Profile: You are a sharp, analytical, and highly trainable legal professional. You possess a keen eye for identifying key case facts and constructing airtight liability arguments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dissect complex case files to establish clear, compelling arguments for liability.
- Analyse fact patterns to identify strengths and mitigate weaknesses in personal injury claims.
- Draft the foundational legal frameworks for comprehensive demand packages, ensuring they meet top-tier attorney standards. Ideal Background: Junior lawyers, legal researchers, or recent law graduates with exceptional analytical skills and a highly adaptable mindset.
Track 2: Medical Analyst (Review & Chronology)
Positions Available: 2
The Profile: You have a clinical background and the ability to seamlessly translate dense medical jargon into clear, impactful narratives. You understand the physical and financial toll of trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review extensive medical records, billing statements, and treatment histories.
- Construct highly accurate, chronological medical summaries that highlight the severity of injuries and the trajectory of care.
- Identify missing records or gaps in treatment and flag them for the Records Acquisition team. Ideal Background: Medical professionals (doctors, registered nurses, or medical officers), ideally with exposure to trauma, emergency medicine, or orthopaedics.
Track 3: Writer/Editor (Cohesion & Quality Control)
Positions Available: 2
The Profile: You are a master of tone, structure, and persuasion. You can take analytical inputs and weave them into a unified, compelling narrative that demands attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesise the outputs from the Legal and Medical Analysts into a cohesive, high-impact final demand package.
- Enforce absolute quality control, ensuring zero grammatical errors, perfect formatting, and a persuasive narrative flow.
- Act as the final gatekeeper for quality before the demand is finalised. Ideal Background: Exceptional writers, senior editors, or communications specialists with a proven track record of producing flawless, persuasive, and structured long-form content.
Core Competencies (All Tracks)
- Analytical Rigour: The ability to process large amounts of raw information and extract the most critical data points.
- Trainability: A deep willingness to learn our proprietary templates, study top-tier US legal examples (e.g., Westlaw, EvenUp outputs), and adapt to our exact standards.
- Process-Oriented: An understanding that your output is part of a larger, highly structured workflow that will eventually integrate with advanced internal software.
