We provide end-to-end support including university selection, application processing, scholarship guidance, and visa assistance. Our goal is to simplify the study abroad journey and help students make confident, well-informed decisions about their future.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Counselor – South Korea, based in Kathmandu (Star Mall, Level 2).

The counselor will be responsible for guiding students interested in studying in South Korea through the complete application journey — from initial counseling to visa processing and pre-departure preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students interested in studying in South Korea

• Guide students in selecting appropriate universities, programs, and career pathways

• Assist with application preparation, documentation, and submission

• Support students throughout the visa process (D-2 / D-4)

• Provide information on scholarships and financial planning

• Conduct pre-departure briefings and orientation sessions

• Maintain communication with partner institutions and follow up on applications

• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments

Requirements

• Prior experience in study abroad counseling (South Korea or similar market preferred)

• Strong understanding of South Korean education system and visa process

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple students and deadlines efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English and Nepali (Korean language knowledge is an advantage)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
