Job Description
Job PurposeTo guide and support students aspiring to study in Japan by providing accurate counseling, managing applications, and ensuring successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities in Japan (language schools, universities, visa process).
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses/institutions.
- Handle end-to-end admission process (application to visa filing).
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
- Maintain follow-ups with students and parents.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with visa requirements.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate student records.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling (Japan preferred).
- Knowledge of Japan education system and visa process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
