Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven NCLEX Sales & Enrollment Officer to promote and sell NCLEX training and traineeship programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and providing accurate guidance on NCLEX pathways while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell NCLEX training and traineeship programs to prospective clients
Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally
Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups
Provide accurate information on NCLEX pathways, exam process, and traineeship opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Coordinate with academic and internal teams to ensure smooth client processing
Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities
Actively participate in promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales
Experience in education consultancy is preferred

Skills & Knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach
Knowledge of NCLEX program structure and delivery (preferred)
Basic understanding of international education or visa processes (advantage)
