Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Bellboy at Hotel Tibet Pvt. Ltd., based in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage handling, providing excellent customer service, managing receptionist duties such as greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The intern will also participate in training sessions to develop professional skills and maintain the hotel's high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
- Experience or willingness to assist in Receptionist Duties and handling Luggage efficiently and courteously.
- Open to learning and participating actively in Training programs to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Polite, well-groomed demeanor with a focus on attention to detail and exceptional time management.
- Prior experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
