Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Executive located in Pokhara. The F&B Executive will oversee daily food and beverage operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, assisting in menu planning, and ensuring an outstanding guest dining experience aligned with the company's values and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Food and Beverage operations, including menu planning, customer service, and quality control
- Experience in inventory management and working with suppliers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in managing a team and resolving conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service is a must
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or food and beverage management is advantageous
