This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Cashier at MoMo Land Restaurant, based in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier with basic barista knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle billing operations efficiently while also assisting in preparing coffee and beverages when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Manage billing and POS system operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries politely
- Prepare and serve basic coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and coffee station
- Assist in daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
