This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager based in Kathmandu. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the company’s high standards for quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, ensuring efficient workflow, addressing customer feedback, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience in a welcoming and vibrant environment.
- Strong supervisory skills to manage, train, and oversee performance of restaurant staff effectively.
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear and positive interactions with team members and guests.
- Understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on detail-oriented operational management.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with local and international hospitality trends is an advantage.
