Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clawdbot Setup Expert located at our facilities in Kathmandu. The role involves configuring, managing, and optimizing the Clawdbot environment, ensuring seamless performance across the platform. Responsibilities include installing and updating the bot system, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with the development team for integrations, and monitoring system efficiency. The expert will also provide training and ensure proper documentation for smooth operational processes.

Qualifications

Technical expertise in Clawdbot setup, configuration, and system optimization
Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
Ability to work collaboratively with development teams for platform integration
Competency in documentation and providing training for effective system operations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for bot setup and management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Prior experience in e-commerce platforms or bot management is a plus
