Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing Beauty Salon & Hair Academy, which is also engaged in the import and distribution of premium, professional hair and skincare products.
Our client is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Brand Manager to lead end-to-end branding and marketing initiatives across multiple verticals — including salon services, professional education, and high-end cosmetic product lines.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a complete 360° branding and marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning, increased visibility, and business growth.
This role requires someone who can translate ideas into execution, with a deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy across all business verticals
- Define and strengthen brand positioning for:
- Salon services
- Hair & beauty academy programs
- Imported professional product portfolio
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all channels
Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution
- Create and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans
- Lead multi-channel campaigns including:
- Digital marketing (social media, performance marketing)
- Offline marketing (events, in-salon promotions, workshops)
- Plan and execute new product launches and brand activations
Content & Creative Direction
- Oversee development of high-quality visual and content strategy
- Drive engaging content including:
- Transformation videos, reels, and tutorials
- Educational content for academy promotions
- Product-focused campaigns
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams
Business Growth Initiatives
- Drive customer acquisition strategies for salon services
- Develop student enrollment campaigns for academy programs
- Design promotional offers and seasonal campaigns
Product Marketing & Sales Support
- Build strong positioning for imported professional products
- Develop:
- Product training materials
- Sales toolkits
- In-salon branding strategies
- Support distribution and retail growth initiatives
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify and collaborate with:
- Beauty influencers
- Industry professionals and trainers
- Build long-term brand partnerships and ambassador programs
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Brand reach and engagement
- Lead generation and conversions
- Campaign ROI
- Continuously optimize strategies based on performance insights
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably in:
- Cosmetics / skincare / haircare
- Beauty salons or wellness industry
- Strong understanding of:
- Consumer behavior in the beauty segment
- Premium/luxury brand positioning
- Proven track record in:
- Campaign execution
- Digital marketing strategies
- Product marketing
