We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can shape how we tell our story online.


Role Overview

This is a mid-level role for someone who’s equally creative and accountable. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end execution, planning content, publishing across platforms, managing communities, tracking performance, and keeping our brand voice sharp and consistent.

You’ll work closely with our content, design, and video teams to deliver timely, impactful social content that drives awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness → Acquisition → Activation → Retention)
  • Lead push notifications and in-app banners to drive engagement and reduce churn
  • Align social, and promotional campaigns with paid ad funnels and business goals
  • Analyze ad performance and provide optimization feedback to the performance marketing team
  • Own KPIs including reach, engagement, growth, and retention
  • Oversee social media strategies for International and key target markets
  • Plan and execute platform-specific strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure all content is localized, relevant, and aligned with brand voice
  • Review and approve posts, reels, stories, and paid creatives
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
  • Coordinate with content, design, product, and executive teams for timely and impactful delivery
  • Work closely with agencies in international market 
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
  • Flag important customer queries, feedback, and conversations to relevant teams
  • Support content creation including tutorials, feature explainers, and trend-based videos
  • Write compelling marketing copies in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Conduct market and audience research to uncover insights and test new hypotheses
  • Use performance data and trend research to experiment with new content formats
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen community visibility and loyalty
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Deliver detailed monthly reports with strategic improvement plans
  • Stay updated on personalization trends and regional marketing innovations


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or digital product
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical skills and performance optimization mindset
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Experience working in international market or emerging markets is a plus
  • Experience collaborating closely with paid performance marketing teams to align organic, CRM, and paid funnels
