About the Role

Velorona LLC is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our enterprise platforms. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and engineering, transforming complex workforce management and payroll challenges into seamless, high-impact digital solutions. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Nepal who thrive in a fast-paced, vision-driven startup environment.

Position Details

• Location: Remote
• Work Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM NPT, 5 days per week
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Experience Level: Senior (5+ years) preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligning with long-term company scaling goals.
• Team Execution & Progress Tracking:Monitor and track the real-time progress of development tasks across the engineering and design teams, ensuring milestones are met and potential bottlenecks are identified early.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery and framing to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between executive leadership, engineering, and marketing to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Requirements & Design: Translate high-level vision into detailed PRDs, user stories, and wireframes, prioritizing minimalist UI/UX and reduced user friction.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions and pivot strategies when necessary.
• Backlog Grooming: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the engineering team is always working on the highest-value features.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research within the fintech and HR-tech space to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise software.
• Proven Track Record: Experience taking complex products from concept to market success.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in deep architectural discussions with engineers and understand the constraints of modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js).
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to connect daily tasks to the "big picture" and long-term institutional adoption.
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Self-Starter: Highly disciplined and capable of managing product workflows independently in a remote setting.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track product health and user behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Operations Management or Business Information Systems.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with distributed global teams.
• Proficiency with modern PM tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Figma).
