Human Resource Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement and performance processes
- Payroll & Attendance
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll (salary, deductions, benefits, Track attendance and leave Ensure accurate and timely salary processing)
Administrative Work
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Monitor office expenses and maintain records
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting
- Develop and implement HR policies when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Basic knowledge of payroll, HR processes, and labor laws
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
