Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant – CRM


Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with customers on pending EMIs and ensure timely collections
  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
  • Assist customers throughout the loan process, from application to disbursement
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible with the timing.
