Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant – CRM
- Follow up with customers on pending EMIs and ensure timely collections
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Assist customers throughout the loan process, from application to disbursement
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to handle customers professionally and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible with the timing.
