Our Client, Masta Kala Crafts is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our unique products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves a combination of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify potential customers and markets, and approach them with tailored sales pitches.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Marketing

  • Promote Masta Kala's products through various channels, including social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage the company’s online presence and engage with customers on social media platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.

Customer Relations

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Educate customers about Masta Kala’s products, their features, and benefits.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Job Specification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the arts and crafts industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
