Internship Overview
The SpaceEd Growth Associate will support Mach24 Learning Lab in promoting its STEM education programs, increasing outreach, and generating leads among students, educational institutions, and partners. This role is ideal for candidates interested in space technology, STEM education, entrepreneurship, and early-stage business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist in identifying potential customers, including students, schools, colleges, and training institutions
- Support lead generation through online platforms, events, and direct outreach
- Maintain basic records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach materials
Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in content creation related to CubeSat education, rocketry programs, STEM workshops, and space technology awareness
- Help execute email campaigns, webinars, workshops, and promotional events
- Conduct basic market research on competitors, trends in STEM education, and student interests
Brand & Outreach
- Represent Mach24 Learning Lab during workshops, exhibitions, and outreach programs (virtual or physical)
- Support partnerships with schools, colleges, clubs, and STEM organizations
- Collect feedback from participants and help improve marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, Education, or related fields
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with social media management or content creation
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or basic design tools
- Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or student outreach activities
- Interest in startups or ed-tech organizations
