Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fast Food Cook at Lavie Garden Restaurant, located in Boudha, Kathmandu. The Fast Food Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking various menu items, following standardized recipes and food safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring stock levels, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring timely service. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen team to uphold quality and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining consistency in recipes
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools safely
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a fast food setting is highly preferred
- Basic culinary training or certification is a plus but not mandatory
