Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Associate at Lavie Garden Restaurant, based in Boudha, Kathmandu. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm and friendly demeanor. You will play a key role in providing attentive service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and maintain excellent relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in analytical skills for problem-solving and understanding customer needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure positive guest experiences and address concerns effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage guest interactions and report operational details.
- Basic knowledge of finance-related tasks, such as managing transactions and handling billing inquiries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site hospitality environment.
