This is a full-time, on-site Food Production Intern role based in Kathmandu. The intern will assist in preparing and handling a variety of meals, ensuring that food is of high quality and delivered on time. Daily tasks include food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the food service team. The role involves collaborating with the Food & Beverage department to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests, while also learning the intricacies of kitchen operations.
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
- Strong Communication skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for culinary arts and a keen interest in learning about food production
- Ability to adhere to hygiene standards and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Relevant educational background or training in culinary arts or food production
- Previous experience or internship in a kitchen environment is a plus
