Key Job Duties:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and premium dining experience
- Maintain and enforce fine dining service standards, SOPs, and brand consistency
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of concerns
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall workforce efficiency
- Control operational costs, inventory, and wastage without compromising quality
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with industry regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Analyze performance reports and implement improvements
- Maintain ambiance, presentation, and overall restaurant aesthetics
- Support management in strategic planning and expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality operations
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and inspire teams
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
