• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in estate, luxury hospitality, or facility

Position Overview
The Assistant Manager – Housekeeping & Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of the estate’s residential and guest areas. This role includes managing housekeeping operations, maintaining inventory and supplies, supporting renovation and upgrade projects, and ensuring smooth operation of food, beverage, and lifestyle facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping and Facility Monitoring
• Supervise daily housekeeping tasks across all residential and guest spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections to uphold standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Train and oversee maids on housekeeping practices and room arrangements.
• Ensure closets and rooms are orderly and presentable.
• Manage laundry operations to maintain hygiene and efficiency.
• Oversee support staff (maids, nanny) to ensure effective care, cleanliness, and
communication.
2. Estate Services Oversight
• Manage estate facilities including:
o Laundry
o Internet systems
o Bar
o Swimming pool
o Theater room
o Gaming room
o Kitchen and pantry
• Ensure garage apartment is clean, organized, and guest-ready.
3. Inventory & Supplies
• Track household inventory (food, beverages, toiletries, linens, medicines, etc.).
• Implement systems for rotation, restocking, and expiry monitoring.
• Coordinate timely procurement and restocking of groceries and supplies.
4. Repairs & Maintenance
• Identify, report, and coordinate resolution of maintenance concerns, such as:
o Theater room Apple TV replacement
o Window, bathroom, and walkway repairs
o Jacuzzi thermostat and pool area flooring
o Marble crack repairs and indoor plant care
o Hookah maintenance and railing safety
5. Interior Renovation Support
• Assist in renovation projects including:
o Heated bathroom flooring
o Wooden floor and curtain upgrades
o Gaming room enhancement and gym setup
o Wine cellar expansion and elevator interior
o Coordination on multipurpose hall and patio with internal stakeholders
6. Food & Beverage
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, and proper storage.
• Support in planning meals, plated services, and festive or special events.
• Ensure respectful performance of religious rituals and timely procurement of related
supplies.
8. Special Attention Areas
• Improve tracking systems for:
o Clothing and fabric inventory
o Laundry efficiency
o Food and medicine expiration monitoring
9. Priest / Puja Duties
• Carry out daily pujas and assist in organizing special religious events.
• Maintain puja inventory and ensure timely supply of flowers and other essentials.
• Keep puja space clean, organized, and spiritually conducive.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in estate or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with team.
• Familiarity with food & beverage handling, housekeeping practices, and religious
protocols.
• Ability to executions of work among the team member and create discipline environment
among the staffs.
• Ability to work with sensitivity and discretion in a private estate environment.
Gross salary: 50.000 to 70,000
