Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food and Beverage Attendant, based in the Jhapa District with flexibility for remote work as needed. The Food and Beverage Attendant will assist in preparing and serving food and beverages, ensure high-level customer service, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer needs and supporting the team in creating a welcoming dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and knowledge of key Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first attitude
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
