Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an IELTS Instructor based in Kathmandu. The IELTS Instructor will be responsible for teaching IELTS classes, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. Duties include preparing tailored lessons to meet individual student needs, enhancing language proficiency, and coaching students on test-taking strategies to achieve their desired IELTS scores. The instructor will also foster an engaging and supportive educational environment for students.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus)
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing teaching materials for diverse learning needs
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in teaching and preparing students for IELTS exams
- Ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire students to improve their English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline preferred
- Prior experience as an English or IELTS instructor is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
