Job Description

We are hiring an organized and execution-driven Admin & Operations Executive to oversee training operations, manage student coordination, and support course counselling and onboarding processes across recruitment and learning programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle student registrations and share Teams login & recorded class support after payment
  • Track attendance and follow up with irregular students (call/email) and report to management
  • Monitor project completion, record ratings, and manage certificate distribution
  • Plan new batches (date, time, instructor coordination)
  • Coordinate payment collections and maintain pending vs received records
  • Prepare weekly & monthly revenue reports
  • Identify and coordinate placement opportunities with companies/recruitment team
  • Maintain student records and operational trackers
  • Track key performance indicators and suggest training growth strategies


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Management/Business or related)
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations/education coordination preferred
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Excel, email, and online learning platforms (Teams/Zoom)
