Job Description
We are hiring an organized and execution-driven Admin & Operations Executive to oversee training operations, manage student coordination, and support course counselling and onboarding processes across recruitment and learning programs.
- Handle student registrations and share Teams login & recorded class support after payment
- Track attendance and follow up with irregular students (call/email) and report to management
- Monitor project completion, record ratings, and manage certificate distribution
- Plan new batches (date, time, instructor coordination)
- Coordinate payment collections and maintain pending vs received records
- Prepare weekly & monthly revenue reports
- Identify and coordinate placement opportunities with companies/recruitment team
- Maintain student records and operational trackers
- Track key performance indicators and suggest training growth strategies
- Bachelor’s degree (Management/Business or related)
- 1–2 years of experience in operations/education coordination preferred
- Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Excel, email, and online learning platforms (Teams/Zoom)
