Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a teamwork and daily submitting the report to the senior
Job Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience.
- Must have own two-Wheeler
- Should be proficient in MS Office, good in MIS and email correspondence.
- Able to work in a team.
