Our client is an international company providing a wide range of services across different markets. They are currently looking for a proactive Support Specialist to respond to customer queries, make outbound calls, and gather customer feedback.

Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat;
- Make outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners;
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Strong writing and verbal skills in Nepali and English languages;
- Passion for helping and communicating with people;
- Good problem-solving and conflict management skills.
