*Experience: 1 years of experience as a Service Engineer/Incharge in automobile industry.

-JD:

Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues in vehicles/equipment

Supervise repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and service procedures

Conduct final inspection before vehicle/equipment delivery

Handle warranty claims and technical documentation

Manage daily workshop operations and job allocation

Monitor service turnaround time (TAT)

Ensure availability of required spare parts and coordinate with store department

Maintain service records and job cards properly

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports

Supervise and guide service technicians

Provide technical training and mentoring to junior staff

Maintain discipline and safety standards in workshop

Evaluate technician performance and productivity

Interact with customers for technical clarification and complaints

Provide cost estimates and explain repair scope

Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
