Role Description
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role is located in kathmandu, Nepal. involves developing, designing, and maintaining dynamic WordPress websites. The WordPress Developer will collaborate closely with the team to ensure optimal user experience, manage front-end and back-end development, and implement responsive designs. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and improving website performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with PHP and WordPress development
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including experience with PHP and MySQL
- Expertise in Front-End Development with skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to create responsive and user-friendly web designs
- Strong knowledge of Web Design principles and best practices
- Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development
- Ability to debug, optimise, and troubleshoot website performance issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimisation is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field are preferred
