About Us

The Nimto is Nepal’s first event booking platform, built with the vision to make event planning seamless, digital, and impactful. As we scale, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing function and drive long-term growth.


Role Overview

This is a leadership role for someone who can think beyond day-to-day execution and take ownership of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth planning. You will be responsible for building and executing marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for The Nimto.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead brand building and positioning for The Nimto in local and international markets
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content, performance marketing)
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams
  • Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics

Requirements

  • 8–9 years of proven experience in marketing, with strong strategic thinking ability
  • Experience in scaling brands or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach
