Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can oversee and manage social media operations for multiple companies/brands simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with complete A–Z knowledge of social media management. This role requires hands-on expertise in advanced ad campaigns, lead generation, content creation, and video production that accurately represents each organization’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies for multiple companies/brands
- Handle daily content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring across all major platforms
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity for each organization
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines and KPIs
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-level paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Generate leads using ad links, landing pages, lead forms, and conversion tracking
- Create and manage instant forms, website links, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations
Content Creation & Video Production
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, shorts, and promotional videos
- Develop videos that professionally represent the organization’s vision, services, and culture
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, or edit videos independently if required
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and ad copies
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report social media and ad performance
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Continuously improve performance based on analytics and trends
Collaboration & Pressure Handling
- Work closely with marketing, HR, sales, and management teams
- Handle multiple priorities, urgent campaigns, and high-pressure environments
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager handling multiple brands or companies
- Complete A–Z knowledge of social media management
- Strong expertise in advanced paid advertising and lead generation campaigns
- Hands-on experience in link creation, lead forms, funnels, and conversion tracking
- Video creation/editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, creativity, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-budget ad campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and branding
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
- Prior experience working with agencies or multi-industry brands
