Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhaisepati, Lalitpur for a Sales & Business Development Executive.


The role involves managing day-to-day sales and marketing activities, generating and nurturing leads, implementing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. You will also support sales operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts, contributing to overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support day-to-day sales and marketing operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on campaigns and goals


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools

  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
