Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions. The role requires strong leadership, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to build structured HR systems that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes
- Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, and appraisals
- Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
- Plan training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, including a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
- Experience in an IT or corporate environment is an advantage
