Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for an Outbound Sales Representative. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, generating leads for outbound sales, and actively promoting the company's travel services. Responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, understanding their travel needs, crafting personalized travel packages, and closing sales. The individual will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales
- Strong Lead Generation abilities coupled with excellent Communication skills
- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- High level of organization and proficiency in meeting sales targets
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in the English language; knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Proactive and result-oriented approach to work
