ROLE PURPOSE

As the Full Stack Developer (Python with React), you will drive the technical vision and execution of our integrated platform of various services and application, ensuring its scalability, security, and seamless user experience. You will lead a team of developers, mentor talent, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into innovative digital solutions. By championing best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies, you will directly contribute to Sajilo Life’s mission of revolutionizing digital services in Nepal while aligning technical strategies with the company’s long-term growth goals.

Accountabilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of various application and platform using Python, React Native, and Django, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, nurturing a culture of excellence and adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, ensuring best user experience and system reliability.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs, including payment gateways, shipping systems, and inventory management, to enhance platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and keeping best performance standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring the delivery of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the development process to keep a competitive edge.
• Ensure strict compliance with security standards and data protection regulations, safeguarding user data and maintaining trust.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes, ensuring clarity and continuity.
  
  

Technical Expertise, Skills, And Qualification

Required Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and experience on web application development cycle.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and React Native framework.
• Experience in web and mobile development.
• Strong experience with React and front-end development.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration.
• Experience with SQL and other databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
