This is a part-time on-site role for a Software Quality Assurance Trainer, located in Butwal. The role involves delivering quality training sessions on software quality assurance topics, designing instructional materials, and facilitating hands-on practice for trainees. The trainer will collaborate with the training team to ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry standards and equips learners with both technical and practical expertise in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Computer Software Training and Training methodologies
- Strong Communication skills for delivering clear and engaging lessons
- Experience in Software Development with an emphasis on quality assurance or testing
- Expertise in Instructional Design to create effective and accessible learning materials
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students with varying skill levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with training teams and adapt to learner needs
- Underlying knowledge of software testing best practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
