Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Kathmandu. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring store performance, maintaining inventory levels, implementing retail strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Store Manager is also responsible for addressing customer concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL FURNITURE/FURNISHING INDUSTRY
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build positive relationships and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to manage daily operations efficiently and protect company assets.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
