This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Kathmandu. The intern will support the HR team with daily activities, including drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, assisting in employee engagement initiatives, and managing personnel records. Other responsibilities include assisting with recruitment tasks, coordinating employee onboarding, and supporting the administration of employee benefits. As part of the role, the intern will gain exposure to key HR management processes and policies.
- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in common office software tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
