Role Description
Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and clinic protocols.
Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and patient safety.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and precautions.
Maintain accurate and confidential medication and patient records.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of medications.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff to support patient care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and clinic standards.
Assist in IVF-specific medication preparation and administration guidance.
Support clinical staff in treatment planning and protocol adherence.
Stay updated with new medications, pharmacy practices, and IVF treatment developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent) or diploma with valid licensure; freshers with strong knowledge of medications and prescriptions are welcome.
- Prior experience in pharmacy or clinical settings is a plus.
- Good understanding of pharmacology, medication management, and prescription evaluation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-counseling skills.
- Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented with a patient-centered approach.
- Willingness to learn IVF-specific medication protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a clinical, fast-paced environment.
