Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive executes sourcing, screening, coordination, and recruitment operations to ensure timely hiring and positive candidate experience. This role supports hiring managers and ensures recruitment pipelines remain active, organized, and efficient.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, recruiting agencies, and direct outreach.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
  • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Update ATS with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring status.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in recruitment systems.
  • Generate hiring pipeline reports and status updates.
  • Support offer roll outs and document collection.
  • Ensure smooth pre-joining engagement and joining readiness.
  • Assist in posting jobs and promoting roles across platforms.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and hiring events.
  • Create social media content for FB, Insta, TikTok and LinkedIn


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related discipline.
  • 2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience
  • Experience hiring technical or professional roles preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced hiring environments
