E-Jobs Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Human Resources Recruitment Assistant to support our UK recruitment operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various roles in the UK, maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
Qualifications
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for UK job roles.
2. Recruitment Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and UK clients.
- Provide interview preparation and guidance to candidates.
3. Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
4. Client Coordination
- Work closely with the UK recruitment team or clients to understand job requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner.
5. Database & Documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Update candidate status and notes regularly.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience in UK recruitment or international recruitment will be an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
Other Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
