Roles And ResponsibilityCandidate Profile
- Warehouse Strategic Planning
- Design and implement efficient racking and binning systems to maximize the storage capacity of the central warehouse.
- Streamline the "Inward-to-Outward" process overseeing unloading, quality inspection, binning, and final dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, hazard free environment adhering to standards for automotive and heavy equipment storage.
- Inventory & Parts Management
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical stock verification to ensure 100% reconciliation with database.
- Implement specialized storage protocols for sensitive components (electronics, rubber parts, and heavy Komatsu castings) to prevent degradation.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor the arrival of indents and prioritize urgent workshop requirements.
- Warranty & Scrap Control
- Manage the dedicated "Warranty Hold Area," ensuring all replaced parts from Kia, Isuzu, and Komatsu are tagged, stored, and prepared for Principal inspection.
- Manage the systematic scrap process for rejected warranty items and obsolete stock in compliance with company policy.
- Team Leadership & Reporting
- Supervision: Lead and train a team of storekeepers and helpers to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Data Reporting: Provide weekly reports on stock aging, warehouse utilization rates, and picking accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Warehouse Management, preferably within a large-scale automotive or industrial spare parts environment.
- Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak service seasons.
