Education: Minimum Completion of Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Skill: Salesmanship/ Customer Relation Management/ Market Research/Time Management/ Communication Skill/Interpersonal Skill/ Adaptability

Roles And Responsibility

Oversee and manage the performance of Kia dealerships across Nepal.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Monitor dealer operations, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership principals and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field (preferred).
A strong understanding of the Nepali automotive market.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
