Tricot Industries, a company under the Golyan Group, is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth, strengthen our international presence, and lead high-impact marketing initiatives.
This role combines industrial B2B market expansion with modern digital marketing, requiring someone who can convert strategy into measurable business growth.
- Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing team in producing high-quality branding materials, digital content, and case studies.
- Digital Growth: Drive website SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns to build a sustainable lead pipeline.
- International B2B Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities within the garment manufacturing sector, particularly across Bangladesh and India.
- Product Marketing: Lead marketing initiatives to expand adoption of our digital productivity solutions.
- Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, deliver product presentations, and perform first-level product demonstrations for potential partners.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure marketing and sales commitments align with technical capabilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, marketing strategy, or SaaS growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives and industry leaders
- Hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, and content-driven growth
- Willingness to travel internationally, especially to Bangladesh and India
- A proactive leader capable of managing teams while delivering measurable business outcomes
