Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepal for a Medical Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of the Medical Sales Representative is to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Key tasks include building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers, delivering product presentations, managing sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices. The role will also involve territory management and regular communication with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, including building and maintaining customer relationships
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market trends, and industry compliance standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory
